I got the opportunity to talk to Bill Martin, Former CIO, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, who shared his experience of transforming the way revenue management is done in the cruise business. He also explained how he brought changes in the way travel agents were dealing with his organization in terms of customer service. Due to this, he was able to bag a trip to CIOC that enabled him to bring some transformational changes within the IT organizations.
